She tailors sessions to each individual, taking into account your personal preferences in order to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
At the first session, Gemma will obtain your consent and discuss confidentiality with you. You will have the opportunity to discuss your reasons for attending and you can let Gemma know what you would like to get out of your sessions. Gemma may collect some additional information about your life and background. Based on your concerns and therapeutic goals, Gemma can tailor a treatment plan for your individual situation and continue to see you on an ongoing basis in order to achieve your desired outcome.
